KlangOase 2
The biggest problem I had with the newest CD from Peter was the decision which of the tracks to sample on these pages.
Again he offeres quite a range of music, and as with the first 'Klang Oase', a single track would not show enough.
But I got some help with my decision. This help started many years ago when I spent some time in Spain. I had bough a guitar from a local guitar builder and practiced this one piece I had a score for. Imagine, this was pretty much my first guitar, and my first real encounter with reading music (except what I had been forced to learn in school). In other words, I did not got too far, just enough to impress parents and some friends.
And now Peter has an arrangement of this traditional on this CD as Spanish Air, and so I had to bring this as a sample.
And breaking with tradition, just for the heck of it, here is a second sample, the bonus track, the Radio/TV version of Frequent Traveller.
As usual in GeZi's Record Outlet, the sound samples are presented as a RealAudio file (correct - as a file - it is not streamed so you might have to wait for the download first) and the latest player can be downloaded (for free - the last time I checked) from the RealAudio site.

concealed in the park trees and bushes allowing the music to harmoniously blend with the

Die KlangOase im Mannheimer Luisenpark.
In einem ruhigen Teil des Parkes, der als KlangOase landschaftsgärtnerisch umgestaltet
wurde, erklingen aus in den Baumkronen verborgenen Klangquellen die romantischen
Kompositionen aus den beiden CDs KlangOasel und KiangOase 2 von PETER SElLER. "Music
for the eyes of your mind" - kombiniert mit Klangbildern aus der Natur wie z.B.
Vogelzwitschern, Grillenzirpen, Urwaldgeräusche, Donnergrollen oder Wasserplätschern.
Eine OASE musikalischer und natürlicher Entspannung, die jährlich, zwischen Mai und
Oktober, bei tausenden von Parkbesuchern großen Anklang findet.
